My name is Bianca, and I am a pelvic floor physical therapist and certified pre and post natal exercise specialist.

I have been passionate about physical therapy and the human body for as long as I can remember!

But when I combined strength and conditioning, nutrition and women's health, that's when it all clicked for me!

My mission is to break the narrative that pregnancy and childbirth "break" & "ruin" the female body.

With the right knowledge, tools & support, we are all stronger and more resilient than we can imagine!

In the program

  2. A combination of traditional strength training and prenatal pilates.
